We ask non-vaccinated customers to please continue to wear face coverings while in store, for the health and well-being of others (exceptions include any state or local mask orders that are still in place).

Items purchased in-store
In the event of a store closure due to COVID-19, merchandise purchased in-store can be returned to the closed store within 30 days after the store reopens. Please remember to return merchandise to the brand (T.J. Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods, Sierra or Homesense) from which it was originally purchased.

Items purchased online
Our return policies are always subject to local, state and federal restrictions. You may return merchandise purchased online to any open T.J.Maxx, Marshalls or Sierra store within 40 days of your order date. Please remember to return merchandise to the brand (T.J. Maxx, Marshalls or Sierra) from which it was originally purchased.
Alternatively, merchandise purchased online can be returned using our return-by-mail option.
Due to the additional health and wellness practices we have introduced to our online fulfillment center, you may experience delays in the processing of returns.
