Kitchen and Dining Seasonal Decor

Hello December! It’s the best time of the year, and this year we need to celebrate BIG! We may not be able to gather as we normally would, but there is still plenty of room for dessert! So why not put together a Holiday Dessert Bar for your family, big or small! Season’s ‘Treatings!’

Everything I found at HomeGoods

I took a trip to HomeGoods to gather all the things I would need to set up a beautiful and tasty holiday dessert bar! If you haven’t already seen it…HomeGoods has quite the selection of sweet treats! Whether you want to select pre-made goodies or boxed recipes, you’ll certainly find what you need! From chocolates and cookies to jelly beans and cake and scone mixes, the selection is great!

Bowls, measuring cups and holiday paper and linen goods.

I decided to mix it up with some goods I baked myself, to prepackaged sweets. I also found the perfect little holiday mixing bowls and spatulas to add to the holiday cheer! I have to say, that using these darling pieces definitely helps make everything taste and look even better!

Boxed Gluten Free Cake mix!

You can find so many cute holiday loaf pans, napkins, cupcake holders and more! They also carry many Gluten-free boxed recipes!

Cake plates, holiday boxes, serving trays and more!

Since I knew I would be creating a pretty large spread on my dining table, I wanted to use some cake stands and decorative holiday boxes to create different elevations.  Beautiful serving dishes and tiny little ramekin dishes are perfect for displaying treats of all sizes.  This way everything can be seen by your guests!

It’s fun to think outside the box and use items in a new way.  I used a couple of holiday dishtowels as accent runners for my dessert table.  Accompanied by fresh cedar garland and twinkle lights, this table is ready to display all the goodies.

Cake stands are perfect displays for these baked goods in cute loaf boxes!

I love the selection of wrapped goodies like white chocolate and peppermint pretzel sticks or caramel corn.

Add colorful embellishments to your stands with fresh garland and fruits.

Colorful cocktail glasses

Use colorful cocktail glasses to display wrapped chocolates! These are a few sweet favorites that I picked up at HomeGoods.

Create a hot chocolate bar for the kids with holiday mugs and special chocolate spoons to mix! Seen here, stacked atop a sparkly holiday gift box!

Don’t forget the adults too! Cheerful champagne flutes and sassy little cocktail napkins will have your guests smiling!

Gingerbread Marshmallows!

Chocolate dipped snowman cookies!

Everything looks delicious and stylish!

I hope you’ll enjoy putting together your very own Holiday Dessert Bar! The style and flavor possibilities are endless! To sweeten the deal even more, if you’re a TJX Rewards member, be sure to use your digital rewards certificates to save!

Be Well, and Season’s Treatings!
