Cooler weather is coming, and it’s a great time to head over to HomeGoods to find a few cozy Fall decor pieces! I love to #GoFinding at my favorite HomeGoods right at the beginning of a new season because I know I’ll find many exciting things!

I decided it was time for an update in my master bedroom, and I was looking to add in more natural elements, and a bit of a modern farmhouse vibe.  The previous look was more glamorous, and I was ready for a new look.

I started by choosing new bedding.  I wanted something white and bright, but also soft and textural.  I was happy to find this comforter and sham set.  Next, I found a set of organic cotton sheets, and a few natural linen and embroidered toss pillows.  This helped create the organic and natural feeling I was after.

We have a black furniture ensemble, which I do love, but it’s been around for about 15 years now.  I wanted to soften the dark look by adding in natural wood tones.  I used these flat baskets to hang on the wall to add a little depth and dimension above the bed.

I was literally running to this bench when I spotted it across the store. You may be noticing these types of benches in home decor, and typically they are antiques.  I was happy to find this antique inspired look-alike! It’s much sturdier than an oldie, and we can actually sit down on it and put our shoes on.  It also adds a bit of color and texture to the end of the bed.  The little cranberry pumpkin was also a HomeGoods find, and I think it looks pretty cute sitting on the bench!

I also replaced my older pink lamps with these clear glass lamps.  They are unique because you can open them up and put decorative items inside! I added some driftwood pieces to mine.  I chose two new framed pictures to hang above each nightstand.  I loved the natural wood frame, and the simple black and white photos.

One trick I love to do is mix real florals and greens with faux arrangements that I’ve found at HomeGoods.  The white flowers are faux, and the eucalyptus is real, but together they both look great!

A faux fiddle gives this open corner of my bedroom some color and interest.  Another basket hung on the wall completes the look.

I was in need of a little necklace organization too, so I hung this rack on my wall behind the door.  It tucks away nicely, and keeps my necklaces tangle free.

I hope you’ve enjoying seeing this easy Fall transformation in my bedroom.  Just a few new pieces will help you create the new look you’re dreaming of! You’ll always find decor pieces that are on trend, at more affordable prices at HomeGoods!
