Entertaining and Recipes Organization and Cleaning

As a culinary entrepreneur (and the founder of JARS by Dani), it’s really important that my office be a place that sparks my creativity. I started JARS by Dani after a mason jar inspired me to make a delicious dessert packaged in a unique, fun way. As my business grew bigger than my apartment, I knew I needed a unique, fun space to match my brand. That’s why I am beyond excited to partner with HomeGoods!

My JARS are super colorful and incorporate unexpected elements (rainbow sprinkles, chocolate chips, and more!), and I wanted my work space to have that same feel. HomeGoods has always been one of my favorite stores for décor and beyond, so I knew it would be easy to find pieces there that were both fun and one-of-a-kind, not to mention, at prices that are too good to pass up. When I shop at HomeGoods, I comb through every part of the store so I don’t miss a super cute essential. This time was no exception! I found so many amazing things (hello, velvet!) to cozy up a space that’s industrial at heart.

It’s incredible how changing up my space instantly kicked my creativity into high gear (I’m already thinking about future JAR flavors)! I love that now, no matter where I am in my space, I feel energized.

Starting the grand tour in the office! I love the way we covered our warehouse-like floors with layered rugs. HomeGoods had SO many to choose from and since the price was right – I couldn’t say no. Check out the velvet desk chairs– can you believe the cowhide one?! And the rainbow drawers were such a surprising find and make storage a breeze!

If you don’t already go to HomeGoods for desk accessories and notebooks, you have to start now! I pulled so many organizers, shelves, cute notepads, pens and markers for each station, plus these cute giant pom pom paper clips!

In the kitchen, I love how these wicker baskets, tin containers, and white and blue wooden crates took our storage solutions from ugly brown cardboard, to chic shelving displays.

Jars were a game changer for adding life to the kitchen (how fitting!). Now we can see all the vibrant colors!

I can’t resist a good retro find, so I was head over heels for this adorable pastel fan from HomeGoods.

Running the @jars_by_dani Instagram account is one of my favorite ways to promote the brand and the business. These rainbow whisks and woven basket with pom pom frills will make great props!

In the entrance nook, I LOVE these striped canvas paintings because they reminded me of the layers in my JARS (they match perfectly!). I used them as my anchor pieces and decorated the room around them.

Lastly, every boss lady needs a well-stocked coffee and bar cart! I got creative and used this wall mounted coat rack to double as a coffee cup holder, which is perfect for such a tiny space.

Before & After!

I had the best time shopping at HomeGoods and styling my test kitchen and office with my amazing finds, and hope my new colorful oasis has inspired you to Go Finding at your local HomeGoods too!
