Wedding season is upon us, and whether you’re getting married, part of a wedding party, or attending a wedding as a guest, you’ll likely be shopping for a wedding gift of some sort this summer. Chances are, you may have multiple events or couples to shop for, which can easily bust your monthly budget. If you’re looking for a quality gift for an upcoming wedding that won’t break the bank, look no further than HomeGoods! If you’re anything like me, you’ll love hunting for the perfect gift and scoring an amazing deal – and with their incredible prices, you might even have room left in your budget to snag something for yourself!

HomeGoods is the kind of store you can pop into if you need to grab something quickly, but let’s be real… it’s more fun to stroll every single aisle and discover all of the hidden treasures and fab finds. It’s a store I love to visit often, because they are constantly putting out new merchandise to peruse. I spent quite a long afternoon wandering the lanes of my local HomeGoods in search of wedding-worthy gifts and decor items, and I came home with some epic options for any marriage-related occasion you might be shopping for!

Gifts for the Happy Couple:

Whether you’re looking for an engagement gift, shower gift, or a gift for the wedding day, HomeGoods has you covered. While wandering the aisles, I came across a set of plastic turquoise champagne flutes ($3.99 ea) that I just went crazy for. They inspired me to put together a gift set that would be great for toasting your newly engaged friend at a backyard BBQ this summer. Because the flutes are plastic, they are ideal for poolside sipping or bachelorette party shenanigans, too! I paired them with a chic designer lacquer tray ($14.99), and a darling candle that was decorated with a gold engagement ring ($12.99). Voila! This collection of items is a cute and creative way to toast to your bestie who just got engaged, all for under $50! There’s just something extra gratifying about scoring a savvy deal and putting together an unforgettable gift!

I really love the idea of putting together gift sets, and thanks to the wide variety of items to choose from at HomeGoods, this is not only an easy task, but also an affordable, and unique option! One of the other items that inspired me to create a gift set was a classic linen laundry bin. I loved the vintage style label on the front of the laundry bin ($16.99) and the soft, neutral color. HomeGoods has such a great selection of high-quality linens for the home, and assembling a set of towels makes for a super simple and practical gift. I paired the bin with a collection of plush and cozy bath towels and ($5.99 to $14.99 ea) to create an awesome gift for a bridal shower or the wedding day!

The final set of items I put together was a collection of items that are perfect for the happy couple or even a gift for your shower hostess. HomeGoods always has an incredible selection of glassware to choose from, and I was thrilled with this set of stemless wine glasses that included six white and six red glasses for only $12.99! I’m a big fan of stemless style glasses because they are less likely to get tipped over, and are great for both casual or elegant table settings. Everyone needs a decent set of wine glasses and I love that these are super versatile. I grouped the glasses with some linen-look placemats that are actually made of vinyl. I love these because not only do they look fabulous on a table but they are also super easy to clean with a damp sponge. I also included a dark brown silverware caddy and a chic and simple faux flower arrangement. These items will all come in major handy when entertaining and each make for great, useful gifts!

Gifts for the Bachelorette Party:

While wandering the aisles I also was inspired by the amount of items that are perfect for the bachelorette party. I put together a little gift assortment featuring brightly colored pool towels ($8.99-$14.99 ea) and cute glittery tumblers ($5.99 ea) that are perfect bachelorette party favors for your best gal pals. Add in some pool-friendly plastic shot glasses ($4.99 for a set of 4) and some adorable cactus-shaped Citronella candles to keep the bugs at bay, and you’ve got the makings of a relaxing and fun bachelorette party!

Wedding Decor Items:

One of my favorite things to Go Finding for at HomeGoods was wedding decor! One of the best ways to make your wedding day stand out is to choose unique decorative items to accent your day. One of my favorite tips for making the most of your wedding budget is to find items that can pull double duty or be enjoyed beyond the wedding day. HomeGoods has such a wide selection of items that are great for decorating your ceremony and reception, but can easily be repurposed and re-used around your home after the big day as well! These hanging calligraphy Mr. and Mrs. signs ($5.99) are perfect for decorating your reception chairs, but would also look darling hanging above your bed in your home after the big day!

For hot outdoor weddings during the summer, having a cool beverage to offer your guests during the ceremony is a nice touch. I love this dual glass beverage dispenser with stand ($19.99) as a simple and attractive way to offer your family and friends a drink to keep them cool during the “I do’s.” This set is perfect for serving drinks at a shower and could definitely come in handy for your backyard BBQs as well. It’s an item that you’d be sure to use more than enough to justify the already low cost!

Another HomeGoods section I can’t get enough of is the wall art department. They have beautiful art prints, photo frames, and so much more to decorate your wedding day or your newlywed home! I especially loved a few items that I found that allow for easy swap-out of photos or imagery. How perfect is this linen pin board? You can use it to display your engagement photos at your wedding reception, and then hang it on your wall at home and swap in your wedding photos after the big day! For $14.99, this piece of art just keeps on giving. Things like this are also great gifts you can give at showers or engagement parties and the couple can use them on the actual day of the wedding.

Another favorite find that inspired a stroke of creativity was this rustic style, turquoise wooden wall sign. Thanks to the simple binder clip feature, it couldn’t be easier to swap out photos as often as you want, without worrying about putting pins through your precious pictures. I particularly loved the idea of using it to display your seating chart at your wedding reception. At only $16.99, this piece offers a unique and chic style that looks unique enough to be custom made. The best part is that it can be used and reused for years to come! I can totally see this hanging in your home, where you can swap in your favorite Instagram-worthy photos at the change of every season, making an interactive, personalized, and ever-changing art piece!
