If you’re anything like me, you may be looking for ways to get healthier this year. Whether it’s heading to the gym, taking more walks, or improving your diet, every little change can help.

One of my goals for 2018 is to be more conscious of the food I eat and when I consume it. In an effort to get more fruits and vegetables into my diet, I’ve added a smoothie to my morning routine. Packed with fruits and veggies (Yes, I’ll be sharing a smoothie recipe with veggies), smoothies can be a healthy and filling option to kick start your day.

Because I like variety in my life, today I’m sharing three smoothie recipes, including my personal go-to recipe. What’s great about any of these recipes is that you can adjust them to taste. If you like things a bit sweeter, add honey. If you like a thicker smoothie, use less liquid. If you’re not a fan of mango, go with pineapple instead. You get the idea.

Let me walk you through the recipes.

First up, is a Tropical Smoothie. This is a classic flavor combination I’ve come to love. It’s loaded with tropical fruits and sweet, rich flavors. Add a scoop of vanilla or banana protein powder for a post-workout treat.

Next, let’s whip up this Coconut Blueberry Smoothie. Thanks to the yogurt and chia seeds, this smoothie is thicker and more filling. It’s a great option for the morning.

This final recipe is my go-to, a delicious Green Smoothie. I love it because it incorporates vegetables. I like to get as many green veggies into my diet as possible, and this helps. The bright and fruity flavors make it perfect for breakfast or an afternoon pick-me-up.
