What's Michael's story?

As a designer and lifestyle blogger, I am able to do all the things I love in one career. From designing to cooking and from creating to actually living, I truly love what I do. With a hospitality background, I know what it means to make a house a home and how to make people feel comfortable, welcome and happy. Designing and creating should be a fun and fulfilling process!
If my decorating style was a song, it would be:
A mix between country and pop. A song that sounds familiar. A song that makes you feel at home and happy, while still energetic, alive and exciting. Maybe Taylor Swift meets Mumford and Sons?
Three things that make my home happy:
  • I have a weakness for armchairs with fun patterns (I want one in every room of my house).
  • I also love accent tables.
  • While I’m not sure if this counts as furniture, I’m a light fixture junkie.
