Who loves gummy bears? We sure do! Have you ever tried making gummy bear popsicles? I found these fabulous popsicle molds and gummy bears in the gourmet section at HomeGoods last week and thought I would share this fun, quick recipe with you.

You don’t need to use gummy bears, you can use fruit or any kind of treat you’d like as long as you add liquid to the mixture. I looked up clear liquids for popsicles and was so surprised to find soda as the number one option. I would have never thought to add that to popsicle molds, but it works.

My son loves soda and I love pomegranate seltzer so I decided to use those two as the liquid for the pops.

Add your gummies first then pour in your liquid.

Freeze them for 4-6 hours.

Once frozen, run warm water over the mold part and slip off the cover.

The gummy bear popsicles turned out delicious and they’re pretty, too! How cool would these be at your next summer BBQ or kids’ playdate? You would certainly be remembered by the kids as a super cool mom or grandma. I was lucky enough to find red, white and blue gummies at HomeGoods, which are perfect for the upcoming holiday. The clear colored soda allows the patriotic gummies to shine!
